Why it belongs. Its flavor text says eating things off the ground doesn’t bother Snorlax at all. Neither, apparently, does sleeping on it: Snorlax has plopped down on the pavement in front of a big red-and-white building, eyes shut, mouth wide open, one paw resting on its belly.
